Shipping & Returns
At Promise Jewelry, we understand that receiving your jewelry in a timely and safe manner is important. That's why we have a clear and detailed shipping policy that outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and other important information to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being received. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In-Stock Items: In-stock items will typically ship within 4 business days of your order being placed. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Custom Items: Custom-made items may take longer to process and ship, typically between 5 and 25 business days depending on the complexity of the item. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Options: We currently only ship within Canada. Orders over $99 are eligible for free standard shipping, with delivery times ranging from 2-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. All orders are shipped with either Canada Post or UPS, depending on the size and weight of the package.
Shipping Liability: We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If you receive a package that has been damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Updates: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. We will do everything we can to ensure your jewelry is shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding if there are any unforeseen delays or issues with your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Promise Jewelry, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. That's why we offer a 20-day return policy for your convenience.
To ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with high-quality jewelry, we do have some guidelines for returns. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom-made or engraved items, and all sales on discounted or clearance items are final.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 20 days of original purchase date. After this time period, we will only accept returns on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements or that we suspect to be fraudulent. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and issuing a refund or store credit. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
